Grace, Daniel J. ORCID ↗

Abstract

What can modern Christians learn from the Seven Churches of Revelation? This article explores the enduring lessons found in Christ's messages to Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, and Laodicea. Examining themes of faithfulness, compromise, perseverance, false teaching, spiritual vitality, and devotion to Christ, it demonstrates how these ancient churches continue to speak powerfully to the challenges facing contemporary Christianity.
